**Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including digital and print materials such as logos, brochures, banners, posters, packaging, and marketing collateral. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with design guidelines.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research and collaborate with the UX team to understand user needs, behaviors, and goals. Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction design that optimize user experiences and drive engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Create captivating motion graphics and animations to enhance user interactions, communicate complex ideas, and bring designs to life. Design and animate transitions, micro-interactions, and visual effects that align with the overall design and user experience.
- 3D Animation: Utilize 3D software and animation tools to create visually stunning and realistic 3D animations and visualizations. Bring characters, objects, and environments to life through animation, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and 3D animations. Effectively communicate design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on design assets, animations, and user interfaces to ensure they meet technical specifications, visual standards, and usability requirements.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and 3D animation. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge and innovative visual solutions.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and 3D animation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design and animation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Blender), and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, user-centered design, motion design, and 3D animation techniques.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools, wireframing, and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices, including responsive design and platform-specific design guidelines.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, animation, and motion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
