UI/UX Designer with Graphic & Motion Design Expertise

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logo and Branding Design**: Create impactful logos and branding elements that reflect the client's identity and resonate with their target audience.
- **Graphic Design**: Design marketing materials, social media assets, and other visual content that aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- **Motion Graphics**: Develop engaging animations and motion graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and video content.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and collaborate with development teams to bring designs to life.
- **User Research and Testing**: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that designs are current and cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with additional expertise in logo design, graphic design, and motion graphics.

**Technical Skills**:

- **UI/UX Tools**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- **Graphic Design Tools**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Motion Graphics Tools**: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other animation software.
- **Prototyping**: Experience with prototyping tools and creating interactive prototypes.
- **User-Centered Design**: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and user flow design.
- **Typography and Color Theory**: Excellent skills in typography, color theory, and composition.
- **Portfolio**: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX designs, logos, graphic designs, and motion graphic projects.
- **Creativity**: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that align with business objectives and enhance the user experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance aesthetic quality with functional usability.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **3D Animation**: Experience with 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- **Video Editing**: Skills in video production and editing are advantageous.
- **Web Development Knowledge**: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development processes to collaborate effectively with developers.
- **Digital Marketing**: Familiarity with creating designs for digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Yearly bonus
