**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**:Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects.
Translate concepts into visually compelling and innovative motion design solutions.
Design storyboards, sketches, and mockups to outline the visual flow of animations.

**Animation Production**:Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
Utilize animation software and tools to bring static designs to life with fluid and engaging motion.
Ensure animations are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and suitable for the target platform.

**Video Editing**:Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished and cohesive motion graphics videos.
Integrate animations with live-action footage or other visual elements as required.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Communicate project progress and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.

**Stay Current with Trends**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
Incorporate new techniques and approaches into your work to keep our visual content fresh and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of motion design.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and video compression techniques (a plus).

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹10,895.57 - ₹33,856.64 per month
