**Job Designation**:Purchase Executive
- Interior Segment**
- **Sourcing and Vendor Management**:Identify potential suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors of raw materials, furniture components, and finished products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Evaluate suppliers' capabilities, pricing, and quality standards to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company. Draft and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- **Purchase Order Processing**:Create and process purchase orders for required materials and products. Monitor the status of orders, track deliveries, and address any delays or issues in the supply chain.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on production demands and sales forecasts. Regularly review inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
- **Cost Optimization**:Continuously seek opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising product quality.
- **Quality Control**:Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased products and materials meet the required standards. Address any quality issues with suppliers and take corrective actions as needed.

**Job Specification**:

- Minimum 4 yrs. of Experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Proven experience as a Purchase Executive in the furniture and interior segment.**
- **Experience in procurement of Loose furniture’s, Modular furniture’s, Plywood, Commercial procurement, Turnkey projects, Interior products.**
- **Experience in using ODOO Software**
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier evaluation.
- Proficient in using procurement software, Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

**Job Location**: Adjacent to Kanjurmarg East Railway Station, **Mumbai
