**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct and indirect vendors, as well as sourcing new vendors.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new products and special items, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs, particularly through bulk or regular orders.
- **Purchasing & Follow-up**:

- Handle day-to-day purchasing, follow up on orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring terms and conditions align with materials and project requirements.
- **Billing & Payment Management**:

- Prepare, review, and process billing, including site measurements and bill verification.
- Approve site measurement sheets, checklists, and ensure payments to vendors and contractors are processed.
- Assist with bill presentations, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the client.
- **Cost Estimation & Project Budgeting**:

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawing requirements and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
- Review and compare tender documents and quotations, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget.
- Estimate resources and provide input to achieve project goals efficiently.
- **Site & Documentation Management**:

- Conduct site visits to take measurements, review designs, and identify potential issues with materials or design that could affect project costs or timelines.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation as required.
- **Best Practices & Tools Development**:

- Develop best practices and tools to optimize purchase, billing, and project execution processes for improved efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project estimation, procurement, and billing within the interior design or construction industry.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of the interior market, materials, and products.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is essential.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, cost estimation, and project execution.
- Strong analytical thinking, mathematics, and calculation skills.
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, and building science.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for vendor negotiations and client presentations.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle criticism constructively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
