Key Responsibilities:
**Inventory Management**: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of quantities, quality, and specifications.

**Stock Control**: Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring stock movement, and identifying discrepancies or shortages.

**Order Fulfillment**: Process requests, issue materials, and prepare items for shipment or transfer to various departments or customers.

**Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns, using inventory management systems or manual documentation.

**Quality Control**: Inspect materials for damage, defects, or expiration dates and take appropriate measures in compliance with quality standards.

**Organization and Maintenance**: Ensure the storage area is organized, clean, and safe, utilizing proper storage methods and following safety protocols.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with purchase, manufacturing departments to coordinate inventory needs, resolve issues, and optimize inventory levels.

**Reporting**: Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics as required by management.

**Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations related to inventory management and warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and procedures.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is preferred.

Working Conditions:

- Work typically takes place in a store room, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and physical demands such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
- May require working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on operational needs.

A Storekeeper is essential to maintaining the smooth functioning of inventory operations, ensuring that materials are appropriately stored, accounted for, and available when needed, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of the organization.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
