**Job description**

We are looking for a person who could efficiently manage our Stores and keep up to date records of the stock. The person is also to perform data entry duties pertaining to store purchases.

Roles and responsibilities:

- A storekeeper maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of store room.
- Checks and records materials and supplies on a daily basis and reports when stock is low.
- Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Receive and shelve supplies.
- Help with other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies.
- Entering vendor and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Maintain purchase order inventory.
- Assist in other data entry related work.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

- Store management: 1 year (preferred)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
