Urgent Requirement for construction Company at Coimbatore.

Experience : 03 to 10 years in Construction field.

**Responsibilities**:
Daily EHS bites Explain Internal Audit inspection(Equipment)-Arrange Safety Induction training to employees & visitors-Conduct fire extinguisher inspection, inspection and maintaining records.To ensure that Risk Assessment for all potentially hazardous operationsare developed and made known to the concerned personnel.Hazard identification, analysis and Control in the workplace.To co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the requirements ofHealth & Safety Plan and to arrange continuous and formal daily safetymonitoring in order to ensure compliance and effectiveness.To liaise with and support Area Engineers, Superintendents, Supervisors topromote safety awareness in their areas of responsibility.HIRA Update-To provide adequate training for site-Promote HSE Training at all levels, new contractors, staff etc.To detect, identify, analyze, control, eliminate and recognize hazardoussubstances, unsafe acts, conditions, behaviors and violations.To investigate and report immediately in writing all accidents, unsafe acts,near misses occurred at the work site and to submit in writing to theconcerned office.To prepare Risk Assessments and monitor their implementation.To maintain records and inspection & testing certificates of all the heavyequipment and tools.Preparing and conducting tool box talks for the work force.Supervision of lifting, excavation & welding activities.Inspection of vehicles, lifting gears, hand power tools etc.Scaffolding inspection & maintain tag system.Prepare & implement Emergency Plans / Mock Drills etc.Monitor various permits to work system.Training to Workers, Staff on Different Topics of Health & Safety(Excavation confined space work, height work, scaffolding, hot work,Firefighting, emergency rescue requirements, Lifesaving rules;
- Schedule & Execute HSE Committee meeting.Preparation of Minutes of meeting & follow up for immediatecompliances.Find out Hazard as per all Safety Related Aspects & advice on effect controlmeasures with Hierarchy of control.Generate HSE reports & forward to HSE Manager.Arrange & participate Internal Safety Audit, inspection, safetypromotional activities etc.Effective management of Personal protective equipment in workplace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
