Qualifications - M.E in Industrial Safety

Preferably manufacturing industries.

Salary -45K - 50 k

Proficiency in Hindi

Job description
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective safety policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead the creation and execution of safety programs that encompass occupational health, hazard identification, emergency response, and incident investigation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to promote safety awareness and compliance.
- Lead and oversee the investigation of safety incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Prepare incident reports, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay informed about relevant health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to the lead and plastic industry.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local & state safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate drills and exercises to assess the effectiveness of emergency plans.
- Foster a culture of safety by actively engaging employees and management in safety initiatives and promoting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns.
- Collect, analyze, and report safety-related data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure the safety of vendors and contractors working on-site.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address safety risks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
