Experience: 1-3 years experience in Safety

Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in Construction project. Construction Work experience inside Factory will be added advantage.

Education: Dip. Industrial Safety (or) B.Tech Fire & Safety

Certification: NEBOSH, IWOSH is added advantage

Languages: English (written & spoken), Tamil (spoken) and Hindi (spoken)

Special Requirements: Nil.

Monthly Gross: Rs. 20000 - Rs. 25000 Per month.

Reporting to: Project Manager

Sub-ordinates: Direct: 0 Indirect: 0

1. Implementing Safety procedures in the company.

2. Giving Safety training to all Site Safety staffs.

3. Coordinating with HO and Site Safety officers to meet the site safety equipment requirements on time.

4. Monitoring the site safety officers work and guide them whenever required.

5. Ensures Safe working methodology and avoid any accidents /injuries at the site.

6. Updating the management on the Safety measures implemented in all the sites.

7. Preparation and submission of necessary daily, weekly, monthly reports.

8. Suggest ways to improve the safety standards at the sites.

9. Identify the need for corrections related to safety and industrial hygiene and implement necessary actions.

10. Developing safety and occupational health standards, regulations, practices, and procedures to eliminate or control potential hazards.

11. Developing or implementing programs to reduce the frequency, severity, and cost of accidents and occupational illnesses.

12. Analyzing or evaluating new and existing jobs, processes, products, or other systems to determine the existence, severity, probability, and outcome of hazards.

13. Designing or modifying workplaces, processes, products, or other systems to control or eliminate hazards.

14. Inspecting or surveying workplaces, processes, products, or other systems for compliance with established safety and occupational health policies or standards and to identify potential new hazards

16. Prepare and deliver various reports to include metrics, goals and targets related to safety and housekeeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
