EaseMyTrip, or EMT for short, is one of India's top travel agencies, with a customer-centric approach that includes a no-convenience fee option and a wide distribution network supported by a hybrid platform. We're seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who have excellent communication skills and zeal to go extra miles to serve the customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process
- Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.
- Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
- Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
- Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
- Freshers with good Communication skills will work.
- Freshers from Travel domain with good communication skills.
- Ready to work in Rotational shifts **(No Night Shift For Females)**.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
