**Job Description: Sales Counselling Executive**

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager

**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Counselling Executive** at the **Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND)**, you will play a crucial role in guiding parents and caregivers of children with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental challenges through our intervention programs. Your primary responsibility is to understand their concerns, educate them about the solutions IND offers, and help them make informed decisions about enrolling in our programs. This role requires a combination of sales, counselling, and empathy-driven communication.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Client Interaction & Counselling**
- Actively listen to their concerns regarding their child’s development and guide them toward appropriate IND programs.
- Build strong relationships by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and expertise in neurodevelopmental interventions.
- Address objections and doubts with clarity, ensuring clients feel confident in their decision.

**2. Sales & Enrollment Process**
- Present IND’s intervention programs, workshops, and one-year structured plans in a compelling and clear manner.
- Guide parents through the decision-making process, ensuring they see the value in structured early intervention.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

**3. Lead Nurturing & Conversion**
- Maintain and update a structured follow-up system using IND’s CRM.
- Identify high-intent clients and prioritize engagement efforts accordingly.
- Engage with potential clients through educational content, testimonials, and case studies to build trust.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, concerns, and enrollment status in the CRM.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking conversions, objections, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide insights on client concerns and suggestions to improve IND’s sales and counselling strategies.

**5. Continuous Learning & Process Improvement**
- Stay updated on IND’s intervention methodologies and be able to explain them effectively to parents.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine counselling techniques.
- Share client feedback with management to enhance program offerings and address common objections.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client relationship management (preferably in the healthcare, education, or therapy space).

**Core Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to explain complex intervention concepts in simple, relatable terms.
- Active listening and empathetic communication.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding clients toward decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups.

- Passion for helping children with neurodevelopmental challenges.
- High patience, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

**KPIs & Performance Metrics**:
**Client Engagement**: Number of calls, WhatsApp conversations, and meetings conducted.
**Lead Conversion Rate**: Percentage of inquiries converted to enrollments.
**Follow-Up Effectiveness**: Timeliness and consistency of follow-ups.
**Client Satisfaction**: Positive feedback from enrolled parents.
**Program Knowledge**: Accuracy in explaining IND’s intervention methodologies.
