**Role & Responsibilities**
**Student Counselling**:
Greet and attend walk-in students/parents, understand their academic needs, and recommend suitable courses.
Explain Pathfinder offerings, fee structure, faculty, and success records to convert walk-ins into admissions.
Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
**Tele-Calling and Lead Follow-up**:
Call leads are generated from field activities, online inquiries, and other sources.
Counsel students/parents over the phone and fix appointments for walk-in counselling.
Maintain call logs and follow-up lists using Excel or a basic CRM.
**Front Office & Administrative Support**:
Maintain student enquiry register and admission records.
Assist with documentation during admission (forms, ID proof, payment receipts).
Manage daily attendance registers, notice boards, and reception cleanliness.
Assist in event coordination, class scheduling, and communication with faculty.
**Centre Coordination**:
Liaise with parents and students for updates regarding class schedules, test results, and feedback.
Coordinate with the head office (if required) for admissions or materials.
Any other task/assignment assigned by the organisation.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in English and Bengali/Hindi.
- Min 2 Years exp in a similar domain.
- Having prior experience with Student Counselling, career counseling, and job counselling.
- Go-getter attitude with good convincing skills.
- Tech-savvy and aware of Excel and reporting.
- Good with data management and database handling.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
