**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an Art Designer with a passion for digital and social campaigns and a knack for creating engaging brand content. This role involves working closely with the brand team to develop and execute design develop and execute design strategies that meet our goals. A keen understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, basic video editing, and animation skills are crucial for this role.- Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging solutions for social and digital campaigns.-
- Work closely with the brand team to develop and maintain our brand image across various platforms.-
- Create basic animation and video content to enhance our digital presence.-
- Develop print-ready artwork files, ensuring all designs meet necessary requirements and quality standards.-
- Present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, adjusting designs based on feedback.-
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate these trends into your work to keep our brand relevant and appealing.-
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines.-
- Ensure the quality of all output aligns with our high standards and brand consistency.**Minimum Qualifications Required**:
Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.-
- Proven experience as an Art Director/Designer or in a similar creative role.-
- An impressive portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts, with a focus on social and digital campaigns.-
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic video editing and animation tools.-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our brand team.-
- Ability to develop print-ready artwork files.-
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.-
- An understanding of the latest design trends and their role in a digital-first commercial-
