**Job Summary**

We are a young design firm and are looking for a well-rounded Architect /Interior designer who is a fun-loving and dedicated individual with proven expertise and interest in Commercial/Residential projects to join us.The ideal team member should be able to manage projects from conception to completion.

Few tasks that will come under their domain are:
1. Give their design inputs and become a part of brainstorming sessions

2. Make CAD drawings for conceptual design stage and then construction drawing sets for execution

3. Create presentations for client meetings with great design concepts, and good knowledge of photoshop

4. Establishing budgets, prepare project schedules and monitor contractors' work.

5. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

6. Visit design/ furniture/ furnishing stores in and around Delhi NCR with clients

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories.
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Inspecting and supervising the work of trades people to ensure that quality and safety standards, costs and deadlines are met.
- Maintenance of internal reporting systems, i.e. time sheets and project files
- Good presentation skills
- Using softwares, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-ray and photoshop to create models and visuals.
- Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans and design schemes.
- Selecting suppliers of materials and labour.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- Diploma in Interior Design

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
