**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media formats.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles and accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct research and stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to incorporate new ideas into social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry events, news, and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media platform policies and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to expand our social media reach and increase brand advocacy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role, demonstrating successful management of social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights.
- Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and platforms.
- A passion for staying informed about new technologies, social media trends, and emerging platforms.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
