We are looking for a creative and proactive **Social Media Executive** to join our team and help strengthen our online presence.

As a **Social Media Executive**, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. You will be the voice of the company on platforms like **Facebook**, **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, **Twitter**, and others, working closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure effective and consistent messaging across channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with online communities.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
- Track social media analytics (likes, shares, engagement rates) and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work with the content team to ensure that social media messaging aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand reach and promote the brand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in creating paid social media campaigns and manage social ad budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Creative, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **graphic design** tools like **Canva**, **Photoshop**, or **Illustrator**.
- Experience with **social media advertising** (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic understanding of **Google Analytics** or similar tools.
- Previous experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
