Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for those with a passion for finance and accounting, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Support month-end and year-end financial closing

Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers

Assist with audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Experience**:
Previous internship or work experience in an accounting role is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
