Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes for service apartment guests.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth reception operations.

Accounts & Administration

  • Manage daily cash flow, billing, and payment collections.
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare daily expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and basic financial records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team / auditor for monthly statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, rentals, and payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in reception/front office and accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally/Excel/Accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
