**Job description**

**Primary Responsibility**:
Handling all key corporate finance activities, largely includes continuous interactions with Bank /AMC, Internal team and maintain various MIS / reports related to corporate finance functions

**MIS**
- Gather information from external and internal parties and maintain various MIS for the function head
- Real time updating of MIS on a continuous basis

**Communicating with Financial Institutions / Banks**
- Addressing queries of banks / financial institution
- Gathering information from banks / financial institution within given time frame
- Complete end to end activities related to transactional banking

**Other key activities**:

- Financial analysis report
- Updating corporate presentation on periodic basis
- Prepare presentation on need based basis
- Good understanding of financial statement and basic accounting
- Experience with Advanced Microsoft Office, expert in excel
- 0-2 years of experience with excellent Communication Skills, Conceptual & Analytical Skills, good understanding of financial statements.
- Street smart attitude, with problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking.
- Preferred to have Stock broking understanding
