**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Travel Consultant** to join our growing UK-based travel operations in Mohali. This role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, queries, and itinerary planning, while ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound travel-related queries for UK clients.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary planning, fare quotes, and travel changes.
- Work on Amadeus or other GDS platforms (training provided if needed).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, airline policies, and fare rules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel consultancy or customer support.
- Experience with GDS preferred (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills in **English and Punjabi**.
- Ability to work rotational UK shifts.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
