**Job Title**: Account Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Changodar
**Experience**: 2 to 4 years
**Education Qualification**: B.Com, M.Com
**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in Tally Software (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recording Purchases & Expenses**:

- Accurately record purchases such as Raw Materials (RM), service-related costs, capital expenditures, and operational expenses.
- **Sales Invoices**:
Process and enter sales invoices into the accounting system.
- **E-way Bill Preparation**:
Prepare manual e-way bills for the transportation of goods, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.Perform daily entries for banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.Prepare daily reports on receipts (cash or bank), ensuring all incoming funds are accounted for and tracking cash flow accurately.Maintain accurate customer ledgers and provide details as required by the management.Record all cash transactions, including payments and receipts, into the accounting system.Process vendor payments accurately and ensure proper recording in the company’s financial accounts.Have foundational knowledge of TDS and GST regulations, ensuring proper deductions, timely payments, and accurate filing of returns.Use MS Excel for preparing detailed financial reports and maintaining records effectively.**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.
- Experience in banking and financial record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
