In a short span of 15 months, we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit and become the first Insure-tech company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking license. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR Tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator).
