1. Sales & Customer Experience
Drive sales by providing an exceptional customer experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend luxury perfumes accordingly.
Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients (VIPs).
2. Showroom Management
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and stocked appropriately.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase team for restocking.
Implement sales promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the showroom.
3. Team Leadership & Training
Supervise and guide the showroom sales team.
Conduct product training sessions to enhance team knowledge of fragrances and luxury brand storytelling.
Assign daily sales goals and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Analyze customer trends and suggest improvements to boost sales.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
Provide insights on customer preferences and market demand.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
