**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Client Relationship Management**:

- **Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.**:

- **Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.**:

- **Understand clients' needs and objectives to effectively address their requirements.**

**2.** **Account Management**:

- **Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.**:

- **Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.**

**3.** **Communication**:

- **Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account status, new products, and relevant industry news.**:

- **Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.**

**4.** **Problem Solving**:

- **Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by clients.**:

- **Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges and deliver solutions effectively.**

**5.** **Market Analysis**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.**:

- **Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.**:

- **Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.**:

- **Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**:

- **Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.**

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.**:

- **Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
