**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and overall ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance-driven strategies.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search visibility.
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth by converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign, SEO, and sales performance.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and SEO best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Data Studio, and CRM tools (preferred).
- Proven track record of driving both leads and sales through digital marketing efforts.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
