Our hotel telecalling team provides personalized, efficient, and friendly service to ensure every guest's needs are met promptly and professionally. We are available 24/7 to assist with:

- **Reservations & Bookings**: Our team helps guests with making reservations, confirming booking details, and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
- **Inquiries & Information**: Whether you need information about hotel amenities, room types, available packages, or the local area, our telecalling team provides detailed and accurate responses.
- **Special Requests**: From room service orders to personalized arrangements (e.g., for special occasions), our telecalling agents ensure that guest preferences are addressed.
- **Promotions & Offers**: We keep our guests informed about current promotions, seasonal offers, and special discounts that they can take advantage of.
- **Support Services**: For any assistance during a stay, including requests for additional amenities or services, our telecalling team is always available to ensure a smooth experience.

Our goal is to make every guest’s experience seamless, comfortable, and memorable, from the moment they inquire to when they check out.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
