**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to find new clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Answer questions and give details about properties and market trends.
- Set up meetings and property viewings for clients with sales agents.
- Contact leads who have shown interest to keep them engaged and informed.
- Help with marketing by promoting new listings and special offers.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on call activity and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and participate in team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and real estate is a plus.
- Freshers can apply.
