**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, managing, implementing, and communicating a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interacting with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Working to resolve potential manufacturing and costing issues prior to development of print concepts to ensure quality execution in bulk.
- Proven ability to work closely and partner effectively with Designers and Production partners
- Monitoring performance of suppliers of raw-materials.
- Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner.
- Supervising in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
- Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
- Overseeing the knitting QA area to achieve the customer requirement to get the fabric right first time.
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
- Doing In-line inspection to check the quality

- Providing approval such as print, embroidery, wash, etc as per required by the buyer.

**Specifications**:

- 10th/12th/Diploma
- 0-2 Years of Experience in quality department preferably in apparel industry.
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel.
- Strong apparel knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
