Trading - GSec & OIS:

- Proprietary trading and market making in Government Bonds, OIS and IRF.
- Responsible for Interest rate trading by participating in all permissible Interest Rate products to maximise profit, while adhering to all processes, rules and guidelines.
- Responsible for formulating/suggesting strategies for trading/investment/auction-participation in Interest Rate Products. Focus on SLR securities, OIS and other market instruments.
- Participate in daily pre-trading session meetings presenting views on behalf of the Interest Rates Desk.
- Introduction of New products and set up of systems, processes and guidelines related to same.
- Liaison with Treasury Sales for Fixed income product offering

PD Activity:

- Underwriting and participation in Government debt auctions.
- Soliciting client bids for Government debt auctions through regular client engagement.
- Responsible for franchise building by regularly interacting with counterparts and clients.
- Meet various Primary Dealers commitments regarding turnover, retail, market making etc.
- Participate in various debt market forums like FIMMDA, PDAI and engage with RBI periodically on issues regarding Indian debt markets.
