Money Market / Fixed Income Dealer :

  1. Manage Money Market dealing activities of Bank
  2. Oversee the Banks Cashflow, maintaining adequate liquidity by formulating funding strategies in accordance with the banks asset – liability profile.
  3. Maintenance of Bank's statutory ratios i.e. CRR and SLR
  4. Undertake Investments with a proper mix of short term and long-term Instruments taking into account Interest rate Risk and Liquidity profile.
  5. Investment and Trading in different Money Market and Debt Instruments viz. Government Securities, Tbills , CDs, CPs, Non SLR Bonds , Units of MF etc. with a aim to enhance the profitability and Interest yield.
  6. Study of Macro Economic Indicators, analysing profile the various PSU, Corporates and Mutual Fund Schemes/ portfolio etc to take the informed Investment decision with objective of mitigating the Interest rate Risk and Credit Risk.
  7. Exploring Arbitrage opportunity between Money Market and Forex Market.
  8. All the above activities to be undertaken with compliance of Regulatory and Internal Policy guidelines.
  9. Preparing regular MIS reports for Internal Reporting.
  10. Marketing and Servicing of CSGL account.

Forex Dealer :

  1. Corporate / Merchant Dealer activity involves quoting to B- category Branches and Various corporate clients FX rates – both spot and forward.
  2. As Inter Bank Dealer cover the Merchant Dealer's Position.
  3. Managing the funding requirements and GAPs.
  4. As Fx Trader run proprietary trading book to take advantage in Exchange rate movements to achieve profit targets.
  5. Managing the Exchange rate Risk by complying to Regulatory guidelines.
  6. Exploring Arbitrage opportunity between Money Market and Forex Market.
  7. Preparing regular MIS reports for Internal Reporting.
  8. Liaising with Corporate clients and Forex centers for better customer service.
