**About the role**

As a fixed-income dealer, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and executing deals in the fixed-income market(CD/CP/Bonds), with the objective of generating alpha for the fund.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and close deals in the debt and money market based on the requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with Counterparties, especially in the Mutual Fund industry, Banks, and corporates.
- Identify active players in the industry and their interests.
- Daily contacting brokers/counterparties over the phone for CD/CP/Bond deals and proactively sourcing deals as per fund requirements.
- Actively engage with brokers/Issuers to gather Market Intelligence also update the same to Fund Manager about various market deals.
- Maintenance Of Cash, Limit Maintenance, and Deployment of Funds in CBLO.
- Execute trades as per the investment strategy of various funds.
- Ensure that trading activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, including trade reporting, disclosure obligations, and best execution practices.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for primary/ secondary deal settlements.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing deals of CD/CP/Bonds in a Mutual Fund/Bank or an intermediary
- Good relationship in MF industry /Banks/Corporates for actively sourcing deals.
- Good understanding of Fixed Income Markets especially Yield Curve, Liquidity in Banking System, and Macroeconomics.
