Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or CA or CFA designation preferred

About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades on behalf of the clients
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships to generate new business
- Liaise with clients to identify their requirements and provide guidance on the available assets on the basis of this requirement
- Effectively communicate your clients’ requirement to the entire team, generate relevant prices and drive the deal towards conclusion
- Stay abreast with the latest development in the market, both domestic and overseas
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to the debt capital market and any changes made by the regulators

Key Skills & Experience:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the Indian Debt Capital Markets
- Sound understanding of financial markets and fundamentals of economics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- A self-starter, with willingness to take initiative and responsibility

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
