**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and assistance with sizing, styles, and order-related questions.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of women's clothing to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive in the women's clothing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Deep knowledge of women's fashion trends, styles, and sizing.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
