**Job Title: Fashion Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create fashion designs that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
- Utilize Canva and Photoshop to develop digital sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Assist in fabric sourcing by researching and identifying suitable materials for upcoming projects.
- Participate in design thinking sessions to brainstorm and develop innovative fashion concepts.
- Style outfits for photoshoots, promotional events, and store displays to showcase the brand's aesthetic.
- Plan, coordinate, and handle photo and video shoots, including managing models, photographers, and overall shoot execution.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of design ideas and specifications.
- Assist with sample development and garment fitting sessions to meet quality and design standards.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and integrate them into designs while ensuring brand consistency.
- Engage proactively with customers to gather feedback and identify fashion preferences and market demands.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with inventory, merchandising, and ensuring store visual appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in training programs to enhance skills.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Create detailed and compelling product descriptions for e-commerce and in-store use.
- Perform sizing accurately and ensure size charts are clear and consistent.
- Have a basic understanding of using Shopify for product uploads, inventory management, and storefront updates.
- Submit accurate sales and design reports, along with customer feedback, to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in fashion design, styling, retail sales, and merchandising, particularly in the clothing industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in styling outfits for various occasions and managing fashion shoots.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly in clothing, and familiarity with Shopify.
- Ability to create detailed product descriptions and perform accurate sizing.
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and fashion trends.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.

This role combines creative design, styling expertise, and retail acumen, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion and visual storytelling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
