**Position Overview**:
⮚ **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trend Research**:

- Conduct thorough trend research both domestically and internationally to stay ahead of fashion trends.
- Analyse market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development and assortment planning.
- **Shoot Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate photo shoots, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Work closely with photographers, models, and stylists to execute high-quality shoots that align with brand aesthetics.
- **Team Assistance**:

- Provide assisstance to the design team with color selections, designing, and other creative needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective product presentations.
- **Shopify Operations**:

- Operate and manage the Shopify backend, including sorting collections based on product availability and selling capacity.
- **Product Descriptions**:

- Write detailed and compelling product descriptions, ensuring each product is accurately represented and categorized within the correct collection.
- **Vendor Relations and Research**:

- Conduct research to identify and reach out to new vendors that align with our brand.
- Obtain and review vendor catalogs to select the best products for our brand.
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, negotiating terms, and placing orders as needed.
- **Sizing and Fit Analysis**:

- Assist in selecting designs from vendors, ensuring the correct sizing and fit for our target audience.
- Coordinate sample order placement, conduct trials, and perform fit analysis to ensure product quality.
- **Vendor and SKU Management**:

- Maintain an organized SKU sheet for vendor and NL (new line) products, ensuring accurate SKU mapping.
- Monitor and update the SKU sheet regularly to reflect changes and new additions.
- **Product Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize product descriptions and collections based on performance data and customer feedback.
- Ensure all products are accurately represented on the Shopify platform, with up-to-date information and visuals.

**Required Skills**:

- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong background in fashion.
- Relevant course or diploma in fashion.
- Fashion savvy with a keen eye for trends and details.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
