Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures
- Counsel Parents on admission policies and procedures offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing
- Work closely with the Zonal for Schools admission in making admission decisions for school programs in accordance with admission guidelines
- Reviews student records, inputs data and generates letters and/or lists utilizing applicant databases
- Stay current on a wide range of other schools policies, and global educational trends affecting students, admissions and special programs
- Work closely with the zonal and Ops manager for graduate admission and assist with admission decisions for graduate programs in accordance with admission guidelines

Skills Set & Requirements
- Good experience in Admissions conversions and Student Services teams
- Should have 1+ years’ experience in the admission counselor’s role.
- Should have basic Degree or Master from any steam
- Should have Strong communication and negotiations & Convincing skills to convert the lead into admissions
- Work closely with the zonal and Operations team for admissions and manage specific demographic of large applicant pool
- Assist with a variety of special schools programs and under the new schools trends
- Help maintain school admission website pages and communication templates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
