**BDM Role and Responsible**:

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Work with sales and marketing teams
- Manage and train the business development team
- Take responsibility for the entire sales for your assigned Team. Outbound calls, follow-ups.

**- **Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
- Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition.
- Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow ups

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
