Job Title: On-Ground Sales Executive (Bhiwandi/Navi Mumbai)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door prospecting and cold-calling to identify and approach potential

clients, including e-commerce retailers, local businesses, and MSMEs.
- Present PiE KART's services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and cost

savings of shared deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and

providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, achieve

individual and team targets, and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to generate leads

and increase brand awareness.
- Gather market intelligence, understand customer needs, and provide feedback to the

sales team to refine sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to

maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain proper

documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the

sales team.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor's degree in Business

Administration or Sales will be a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with

customers and effectively convey the value proposition of PiE KART.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-starter attitude and a

willingness to take initiative.
- Result-driven and target-oriented mindset, with a hunger to achieve and exceed

sales goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, and open to hustle to

meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bhiwandi and Navi Mumbai market is a plus.
- Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned

area.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
