**Marketing & Communication** exists to raise awareness of ZS Associates, brand the firm, create and distribute thought leadership content and support the business development process with communications and events support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns, craft messaging & build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user’s lifecycle
- Optimize rule-based Lead Scoring and Nurturing campaigns to increase the inflow of leads to sales teams
- Experience working within project management tools like Mintent, Workfront, etc. to manage workflows, work with key stakeholders and manage the overall ticket queue
- Partner with digital channel teams to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation strategies
- Segmenting audiences and optimizing campaigns to increase effectiveness
- Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
- Implementing lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions from quality leads
- Assist in reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Thorough understanding of Marketing Automation Tool (MAT) Marketo and Salesforce CRM
- Experience working cross-functionally in large, matrixed businesses. Experience with professional services firms a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Expert in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and perform high level or Micro data Analysis
- Fast learner, high attention for detail
- Result oriented and ready to take ownership
- Ability to build relationships and work well across multiple functions, i.e. work effectively and collaboratively within a global & local marketing team.
- Good understanding of Marketing & Communications business, ways of working, digital marketing and platforms, marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
