**POSITION**:Teacher Associate

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:Teaching spoken English to secondary section school students in partner schools.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Teaching**
- Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools
- Learning platform activities
- Doing assessment and reviews through pre-test and post test

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly
- Maintain attendance and log sheets,
- Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes
- Attending team meetings regularly

**Relationship (Internal & External)**
- Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.
- Very effective internal co-ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.

**Training & Development**
- Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.
- Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**:B.Ed/D.Ed/Graduate

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:1+ year, Freshers can be considered

**AGE **18-40

**WORK SKILLS**:School related teaching experience preferable with primary school willing to travel to slum area schools

**OTHER SKILLS**:Excellent English, Communication in local language, basic computer skills

**ATTRIBUTES**:Creative, good communicator, patient, disciplined.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**NATURE OF JOB**:Contractual - 1 year

**LOCATION **Central/ Western Suburbs Mumbai

**HOURS OF WORK**:6 hours, 6 days a week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
