**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our talented team of tool room engineers and designers to interpret complex blueprints and models.
- Ensuring precise tool paths and optimal material removal.
- Select appropriate electrodes, tooling, and parameters to achieve superior surface finishes and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform thorough in-process inspections using precision measurement tools to uphold strict quality standards.
- Execute routine maintenance on EDM equipment, including electrode changes and dielectric fluid management.
- Tackle machining challenges head-on, making real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to company protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical education or apprenticeship is a plus.
- Proven expertise as an EDM Operator, particularly within precision machining.
- Proficiency in operating wire and/or sinker EDM machines, showcasing mastery in the field.
- In-depth understanding of electrode materials, dielectric fluids, and specialized tooling.
- Ability to interpret intricate 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier precision.
- Adept problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
