**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement & Sourcing**:

- Identify and source **raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and consumables** required for manufacturing.
- Evaluate suppliers based on **price, quality, and delivery reliability**.
- Develop relationships with both **local and international vendors**.
- **Vendor Management & Negotiation**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and maintain a **preferred vendor list**.
- Ensure **timely delivery** of materials while minimizing costs.
- **Purchase Order & Inventory Management**:

- Prepare and process **purchase orders (POs)** in coordination with the finance and production teams.
- Monitor **stock levels** and maintain an optimum inventory.
- Work with the warehouse team to track material usage and reordering needs.
- **Cost & Budget Control**:

- Optimize **procurement costs** without compromising on quality.
- Analyze **cost trends** and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and **regulatory requirements**.
- Maintain records of **invoices, contracts, and supplier agreements**.
- Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the **production, quality control, and logistics teams**.
- Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field**.
- **Experience**:2-5 years** in procurement/purchasing within a **manufacturing or engineering industry**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of **raw materials, industrial components, and equipment**.
- Understanding of **ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)** for procurement management.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and manage multiple suppliers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **automotive, heavy machinery, steel, or electronics manufacturing**.
- Knowledge of **import/export documentation** and international procurement.
- Familiarity with **ISO, ASME, or other quality standards** related to procurement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
