Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills
Evaluate and analyze purchase requirements for materials, equipment, or services based on project specifications or organizational needs
Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
Source and select suppliers based on factors such as cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies and procedures
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, and production teams, to understand their requirements and provide timely procurement support
- Must have basic knowledge in manufacturing process
- Required good knowledge in logistics
- Coordination with other departments like accounts/Design/Project/Store etc
Experience in Automotive/Automation/Manufacturing Industry Preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
Salary: Best in Industry | Good Hike on Current CTC
