Have experience in ServiceNow Development and working on Solution Building, gathering & and understanding client requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience in managing flows and workflows of Medium to Complex in nature
- Understand scripted Web-Services, such as AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Ability to ensure Code Quality is per the requirement with/without support of Platform Architect
- Must have experience in JavaScript. It is also desired with experience in other scripting languages, such as Python, Perl and Powershell
- Must have some experience working with relational databases
- Help maintain expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and products and ensure mentorship within the team
- Support the junior members and also check the performance of the junior developers
- Communication with the Internal and External stakeholders for gathering of business needs

**Required Certifications and Knowledge**:

- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist in any Module(preferably ITSM)
- Excellent verbal and written English

**Desired Certifications and Knowledge**:

- ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Foundation
- Scrum Certification
- Certified Application Developer ( CAD)
- Development Skills apart from ServiceNow, e.g. Python, SQL, etc.
- Micro-certifications, eg:

- Micro-Certification: Automated Test Framework
- Micro-Certification: Flow Designer
- Micro-Certification: Integration Hub
