
Reservation Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, Reservation Executive to join our team in Delhi Office.
He/She will lead our B2C sales initiatives.
- The role requires understanding the offerings of Ekaanta and positioning the right plan before the customers, basis their requirements. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will help meet revenue targets for the company.
- Experience in a 4 or 5 Star property or Any high end Service ( holiday destination etc) with hands on exposure to how to interact with and sell to high end customers.
- You have experience in developing and managing relationships
- You have experience driving business development via cold calling/ social media connects **Maintain and expand the database of prospects with regular follow up.**:
- Very strong communication skills in English language ( written and oral).
- Proficient in XCEL/Powerpoint/ Word and usage of CRM software.

We are nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar, a unique location lending itself to a deeply sensorial and uplifting experience of Mindfulness. Enveloped by the dense verdure of Uttarakhand forests on one side, on the other side is the sometimes raging, sometimes calm, river Ganga which gushes and kisses the steps leading to the learning facility.
