Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain hundreds of Kubernetes clusters on prems and on cloud, including monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical issues.

Coaching and influence team members who are new to Kubernetes and Docker container.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and components, including Kubernetes API, Kubernetes controllers, and Kubernetes networking.

Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.

Experience with containerization tools, such as Docker or Podman.

Familiarity with tools for managing Kubernetes clusters centrally, such as Kubernetes Operations (kops), Rancher, or other similar solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

Certification in Kubernetes Administration or Development is a plus.
