Responsibilities:

- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Information Architecture: Organize and structure complex information in a logical and user-friendly manner, ensuring ease of navigation and findability.
- Visual Design: Develop visually consistent and aesthetically pleasing designs, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into iterative design cycles.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain design specifications, guidelines, and style guides to ensure design consistency across different platforms and products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
