We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our passionate team. As a UI/UX Designer at Silico Software, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that captivate our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
