About You

We want to hire a Junior Designer to be a part of our dynamic design team. You will be working under the guidance of our Senior Designer to come up with top-notch quality work.

You will have to create outstanding designs according to our customer’s requirements. In addition to this, you will be working on our company’s promotional marketing materials.

What do you need to bring?
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Effective oral and written English and communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with outstanding creativity skills.
- Very good English skills written and spoken.
- Multitasking abilities and outstanding time management skills.
- Experience in prototyping tools such as Figma, AI, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Strong exposure to research methods and architecting solutions.
- Strong understanding of wireframe tools.
- Excellent knowledge of color correction techniques.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methods.

A day in the life of our UI/UX Team Leader
- Ensure the latest UX trends & insights are reflected in the digital product.
- Understanding project concepts and requirements.
- Creating mocks and wireframes according to the client’s requirements.
- Using different design techniques to create models, drafts, and prototypes.
- Producing final design solutions such as banners, logos, interfaces, etc.
- Pitch creative and impactful ideas.
- Help to raise the overall skill and quality level through paring and design review.
- Use feedback from other team members to improve on your designs such as the color schemes and tone.
- Create promotional materials for the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Perform UX research & UX audits for products to enhance them as per the user needs.
